This case describes the evolution of one of the main businesses of Nestlé. Nutrition is the DNA of the company and it is gaining more and more importance since Peter Brabeck became CEO. His vision as Nestlé being a Nutrition, Health and Wellness company has led it until our days. Nestlé is convinced that good nutrition will be more important than ever for people’s health and wellness and for society in general. Nutrition has steadily grown in importance since 2001, starting off with the creation of the Nutrition division and finally with the creation of Nestlé Health Science, which provided yet another step towards the future. This vision constitutes Nestlé´s driving force into the future, although they admit that there is still a long way to go.
