PYMEX participants reflect on the meaning and purpose of their companies

Most companies go beyond its business, strategy and organization. These are institutions where people play a very important role and where they can and should grow, learn and develop themselves. In this sense, its leaders must be part of the development of the institutional strategy, whose basic components are the organizational principles and values, the philosophy and the meaning and purpose of the company, which should reflect the ideal motivations of the people who work in the organization.

Being aware of the importance of the meaning and purpose of a company, "soul" of the organization, the Pymex program (SMEs Business Administration Program) developed during its sessions a full day for both the course held in Malaga and in Seville, dedicated exclusively to this aspect.

During the session, Antonio Hidalgo, Carlos Rey and Raúl Ibáñez, professors of San Telmo Business School, answered questions from more than 50 participants of this program, many of them entrepreneurs and SME managers, about how to promote a healthy business culture in their companies.

In addition, successful business models and what makes people be at the center of the organization were discussed.
