A number of businesspeople participate in a new edition of the Executive Management Development Program

This month of November, it has started a new edition of the Executive Management Development Program in San Telmo Business School, the program focuses on fostering managerial and leadership skills. Those businesspeople taking part in this edition are committed to facing an exciting new professional challenge: developing their managerial skills, improving themselves and their companies.

The global business complexity today requires highly qualified professionals to develop a global vision of their business. The Executive Management Development Program facilitates the contrast of their analysis and judgments of business with those of other entrepreneurs and managers. In this way, it is contributing to the recapitalization of their experience and getting a new company’s vision, as well as for their responsibility as a manager.

During these nine months, students will learn how to do business in different ways through a practical approach. Therefore, the methodology used is based on real business situations and the accumulated experience of the participants. The Program aims to transform functional managers into managers who understand the impact that their decissions has on the company's results and the need to work in coordination with all the departments.

Both new students and former students in the program make up a select business group, for which networking is one of the differential advantage.

Last Tuesday, November 5, the inaugural session of the Executive Management Development Program took place at the Seville headquarters of San Telmo Business School with more than 60 participants.

Today, Friday, November 15, the inaugural session of this program begins at the Malaga headquarters of San Telmo Business School with around 40 participants.
