Professor Horacio González-Alemán has accumulated more than 25 years' experience in the agri-food sector, having worked for several Organizations on a national (FIAB), European (FoodDrinkEurope) and international (OECD) level. He is currently Director of Thoffood, a strategy consultancy for the agri-food chain specializing in the European environment, particularly in the regulatory area.
