The level of digital transformation being experienced in some sectors has facilitated the disruption of new players, against which established companies have to compete. The ideAD programme will contribute to offering the necessary guidelines for senior management to decisively lead the digitalisation of companies with the aim of improving their competitiveness, moving towards the digital competitive excellence of their companies. The aim is to train managers and entrepreneurs to have digital skills that generate value in their businesses, better understanding their customers, capturing information and guiding the company through it, improving their operations and processes, and using innovation as the backbone of their organisations.
