Experts analyze good governance in companies and challenges in the economy at San Telmo Business School


Soraya Sáenz de Santamaría, Fátima Báñez, Fernando Faces and Juergen Donges give the conference entitled “Corporate governance and economics. The world in 360º ”

Last Wednesday, October 16, and Thursday, October 17, San Telmo Business School held the Conference on “Corporate Governance and Economics. The world in 360º” in the framework of the Continuity Program, a program for the alumni of the business school.

Given the complex challenges that companies face today: Brexit, Trump's tariffs or the economic recession, San Telmo organized this Continuity session at its headquarters in Seville and Malaga as a reflection for the 2019-2020 academic year.

Thus, the impact of this situation on business and the economy was analyzed by four experts such as Soraya Saénz de Santamaría, Former Vice President of the Government and partner of Cuatrecasas, Fátima Báñez, Former Minister of Employment and Security Social, Juergen Donges, Director of the Institute of Economic Policy of Colonia and Fernando Faces, Professor of Socio-Economic Environment for Management of San Telmo Business School.


Attendees improved their knowledge with presentations on good governance in the company, socio-economic perspectives and the current environment.
