FUNDACIÓN SAN TELMO (hereinafter, the FUNDACIÓN), in accordance with current Personal Data Protection legislation, gives notice to the users of this website (hereinafter, the Website) and its mobile app of the Privacy Policy and Data Protection that will apply to process personal data provided voluntarily by the user when accessing through browser or mobile app.

When the user provides his or her personal data to the FUNDACIÓN through any web form, contact section or mobile app and, where applicable, he or she clicks on the acceptance box, then expressly agrees that the FUNDACIÓN may process this data under the terms of this Privacy Policy and Data Protection clause and for all the purposes stated herein.

The FUNDACIÓN gives notice to the users of this Website that their personal data may only be processed when it is adequate, relevant and not excessive in relation to the purposes for which they are collected. All personal data will be deleted when it is no longer necessary or relevant for the stated purposes or when the owner exercises the right to cancel.

-Virtual classroom for the FUNDACIÓN’s students.

Legitimacy and storage

The basis for data processing is the consent granted by the user when he or she clicks on the acceptance box, where applicable.

In case the user does not provide all needed data for the aforementioned purposes, the FUNDACIÓN cannot provide its services to the user. All data will be stored as long as there is a relationship between both parties and no deletion order is requested and, in any case, it complies with the legal deadlines prescribed for the eventuality of possible legal actions.

Assignment recipients and international transfers

Provided personal data may be disclosed to the FUNDACIÓN’s Participants, Members and Alumni of its own activities for networking purposes only. 

International assignments and transfers have not been planned.

Rights of the interested parties

Interested parties can exercise their rights to access, rectify, suppress, transfer, limit or oppose, by writing to the aforementioned address.

Interested parties have the right to withdraw the consent they have provided.

For which purposes do we process your personal data?

Fundación San Telmo processes all data provided by interested parties with the purpose of managing the distribution of requested information, the registration to any of our activities and keeping the users informed of upcoming events and news related to Fundación San Telmo’s own activities. 

Fundación San Telmo may take video and audio recordings from or for its sessions in the classrooms or other parts within its facilities. This material may be processed, stored and disseminated for development training purposes only. Likewise, Fundación San Telmo may use photographs taken within its facilities or external venues to create printed or digital material for promotion purposes.

 

How long do we store your data?

All provided personal data will be stored as long as the interested party does not require its deletion.

The legal basis for the processing of your data is the exercise of the request for further information or the registration to any of our activities.

Any person has the right to confirm whether Fundación San Telmo is processing personal data concerning him or her. Interested parties have the right to access their personal data, as well as to request the rectification of inaccurate data, or to request its deletion when data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which data was collected.

The user will be the sole responsible for the veracity of provided data. 

All the fields marked with and asterisk (*) in the forms of this Website are mandatory fields. If you do not fill in some of the mandatory fields, you will not be able to send your request. 

The FUNDACIÓN manages its servers adequately, as it has a strictly implemented firewall structure. It uses updated technologies to ensure information confidentiality and privacy is uncommitted. To that effect, it adopts technical and organizational safety measures that are necessary for guaranteeing personal data safety and prevent change, loss, processing or unauthorized access, considering the state of technology, the nature of data and the risks to which it is exposed. 

Any change made to this Privacy Policy and Fundación San Telmo’s administration will be timely indicated and the FUNDACIÓN may add, modify or delete this Privacy Policy whenever it is necessary. 

In any case, the FUNDACIÓN may not modify this policies and practices to make them less effective about data protection of our users, which has been previously stored, without the prior consent of the concerned users.
