We are living in a moment full of opportunities. We have never seen so many options on the horizon. We must know how to maximise these opportunities. In this seminar we will discuss and reflect on some of the main challenges that companies will face in the next few years. We will benefit greatly from those leaders and entrepreneurs and of course the collaboration of the wider group of participants as we discuss these issues, including members of the International Business Policy advisory board.

Included in this discussion will be correct financial and accounting rules and institutional initiatives such as alliances, mergers, acquisitions etc.

2.- Digital transformation and new markets: Increasingly Digital technologies allows us to do business in a more efficient way than ever before. New business models appear that change the way in which we interact. New markets are consolidating and emerging all the time and we have to follow these trends.

3.- Disruptive innovation and continuous improvement: Innovations are everywhere in the modern world and are frequently disrupting many of the traditional ways of doing business. We need to be mindful of this and to pay real attention to these developments. Continuous improvement has to help us to seek excellence and to constantly develop and improve ourselves and our companies.

4.- Managing  and recruiting executive talent: The challenge to have the best talent in our organization is ongoing. From entry level to senior executives we are all looking for the best. We will discuss the challenges associated with this and learn from those who have succeeded in the area.
