Companies now contain increasingly varied and heterogeneous workforces with regard to age. At times, between three and five generations can be found working together in the same firm. None of these have the same working methodology, background, knowledge and skills. Thus, it is of the utmost importance to discover their needs to be able to manage them successfully. In the near future, the diversity of generations will be perceived as a commonplace and rewarding scenario, as well as being a major asset and distinctive feature of organizations.
