Operational finance for non-financial managers

The current economic situation in Spain, expected to decelerate, makes it necessary to monitor the financial situation of our companies. For this reason, San Telmo Business School hosts today the practical seminar "Operational Finance for Non-Financial Managers" at its headquarters in Seville. In this manner, participants are provided with the concepts and tools required to make good decisions in this area and avoid possible risks.
Participants reflected on the different business areas to develop their financial vision in the company. In this way, they enhanced three key aspects:
  1. Improve the understanding and ability to interpret financial statements: Income statement, balance sheet and fund flow.
  2. Visualize the financial viability of a business strategy and learn to develop a strong approach from a financial perspective.
  3. Develop financial criteria that should be incorporated into the business decision making.
The last session on each day will be team sessions to enable participants to apply what they have learned to a specific case study.  They will gain a deeper understanding over two more days, March 4 and March 11.

La última sesión de cada jornada será por equipos y se dedicará a aplicar lo aprendido a un caso concreto, en cuyo estudio se avanzará a lo largo de dos jornadas más el 4 y 11 marzo.
